Locate as many high-quality leads for the Business Development team as possible, both on- and offline
- Planning and optimising the lead generation process, testing out relevant criteria
- Creating lists of leads: expertly pre-qualifying leads, followed by comprehensive contact mapping of leads for the Sales & Marketing teams
- Tracking list performance and optimising the pre-qualification process to achieve more sales and signups
- Attending relevant shows, events and meetups to develop sector understanding and to qualify potential customers
- Highly analytical mindset
- Creative approach and able to change direction quickly if necessary
- Hardworking, confident
- Good organisational and project management skills
- Familiarity with tracking performance
- Good grasp of Excel, numbers and analysis
- Preferably based in London, UK and able to start ASAP
- Being in the centre of the flourishing fintech startup environment in London
- Distinct focus on professional development within a learning atmosphere
- A high level of autonomy and the opportunity to grow into a more senior role in the Sales or Product team as the team expands
